ABOUT RICK
Rick Maynard is a seasoned media consultant with over 12 years of expertise in negotiating distribution agreements and fostering partnerships in streaming media. He has advised clients such as New England Sports Network (NESN), providing business development strategy and distribution consulting services. Formerly the Vice President of Distribution Partnerships at Backlight Streaming, Rick managed relationships with connected TV operators, streaming platforms, and ad tech companies. Prior roles include senior business development positions at Amagi and Sling TV. Rick has a BA in Film Studies from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
